1. Return Policy
   You may return an item within 30 days of receiving it. Returned items must meet the following criteria:
   The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include the original packaging, tags, and accessories.
   All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
2. Return Process
   If you wish to return an item, please follow the steps below:
   Contact Customer Service: Contact our Customer Service team via email to explain your return request and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
   Prepare your return: Include the Return Merchandise Authorization number in the package and ensure the item is well protected during the return process.
   Return your item: Ship your item to the address we specify. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly.
3. Refund Processing
   Once we receive and verify the condition of the returned item, we will process the refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email confirming your refund has been processed.
4. Exchange Policy
   If you would like to exchange an item, please first request a return and then place a new order for the desired item. We do not offer direct exchanges.
5. Ineligible Returns
   The following are not eligible for returns:
   The item is used, worn, or damaged.
   The return request is made outside the 30-day return period.
   The item is not returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
   Special sale or promotional items (such as clearance items) are not returnable.
